"I had thought about buying a place there but way to restricted and fees jumped to 412.00 a month this season. If you have a guest they are only allowed 2 weeks a year. Every mobile has to be white. Has a very sterile feel. But it is clean , I'll say that."

"Five stars for a trailer park? Yes!!! It's nicely landscaped, has water access to Naples Bay, a nice pool, and a strong community with lots of events to get to know your neighbors. Not a billionaire but still want to spend the winter in beautiful Naples, and close to the center of town? Don't pooh-pooh the land yachts! You won't find anything else in this price range anywhere near Naples, and it's very, very nice."
