"Think twice before moving here. 4 months after Henry Reid bought this park, now called Par 4, he hiked the lot rents $150 which now total $809. This is one of the highest park rentals in Naples. The homes here are approximately 50 years old, the residents retired and low fixed income. There is no clubhouse, no pool, no activities to justify this kind of rent. I will move out of the home I bought 25 years ago because I'm afraid of next years increase. A 1 BR on Bayshore has NOTHING to do with what we pay for a (OWNED) mobile home. And if you want to pay this much in lot rent, you can do better than this park. Year 2 as owner: Increase in rent 2 years is $200. I'm not staying around to find out what it'll be in 3 years. Lot rent will be $869. With NO amenities other than lawn care."

"A friend of mine lives here... It's a very nice and very quite place... (55 and over location to live in) and the .. landlord.. or management guy is not very nice or friendly ... Must make sure you follow all his (the landlord)'s rules or guidelines.."

"I’ve been up and close to this property, and I can’t say enough what this new management team and owners have done. This park is being revamped to its core. Tree trimming, edging of the streets, new light poles being installed, for my small evening walks!! They also just redone streets, which the neighbors and I, are completely blown away at the workmanship. Jimmy and his wife( new managers ) have came in here poised to make this a even greater community. They are a great help and more then friendly. So I want to personally thank the managers and the new owners for the great work, and making our community even better."
