5 Star Valet Naples

"Went to the Kat Williams show at hertz arena, paid $30 for the convenience to park closer. While driving by looking for an available space i asked the guys where should i go, they responded they dont know so i drove around and saw cars parking on the grass, by the lake, i even saw parked cars blocking other cars and since i couldnt find an available space i went to miromar outlets and left my car there, then walked back to watch the show. I called this company on tuesday and was told they cant refund me, they say there were at about 85% capacity which wasnt truth, the whole parking lot was flooded with cars everywhere. I am also pretty sure i wasnt the only one asking for a refund. It was so bad that after the show many cars trying to back up off the grass part into traffic and others moving forward an accident was just a matter of time and as i predicted, after a few minutes the police and ambulance had to show up due to a fender bender."

"Be very careful with this company! I attended a wedding over a week ago that used these guys, my girlfriend is a bartender and she drove that night, she usually has a few hundred dollars in her glove compartment from previous shifts that she hasn’t taken to the bank yet. After the valet driver parked and picked up her car we noticed when we got home that night the money was gone. Not quick to point fingers I formally went to the company and asked them if there were any other complaints. They told me they would launch an “investigation”. Since then I haven’t heard back from anyone, left voicemails and missed calls to the director with no response. An apology is bare minimum here. Kind of embarrassing they cant give us that. We are not wealthy people and tip money from 2 previous shifts goes very far for us, but because there’s no way to prove it being we dont have a dash cam, we are swept under the rug. No one else was in this car but us and the valet driver. To me, that narrows it down. Either steer clear from this company or search to your own car for your belongings before pulling off."

"The property management company for the office building where I work at Palmetto Place recently started using 5 Star Valet Naples whole the parking garage is under renovation. They are so friendly and helpful. They also remember me by name when I pick up my car at the end of my work day. update 8/17 with a star removed I went on vacation for a week, and my favorite guy was no longer working when I came back last week. The line to drop my car off in the morning has been long, and there are two guys working then. There is one when I pick up my car at the day. He seems slow and tried to give me the wrong key yesterday. My car smelled like fast food when I got in it today, and another lady had a water bottle left in her vehicle. I will go back to parking at the shopping center next to our office building and walking a block since I am not longer happy with this service."
