"This place opens late everyday. On the door, and online both list 5am. If you try and walk in at that time, it will be locked, and you'll see the staff prioritizing making their coffee over opening the store for their customers a good 15 minutes after they were supposed to already be open. Then, they are more than abrasive about it if you try to call them out. Extremely unprofessional!"
"The last 5 times I have been here They have been out of hot fudge for the ice cream. Last time they had some, I was so excited. Then as I took my first bite it was just hot chocolate syrup!!! So not the same as got fudge. They need to fix this ASAP!!"
