"I've been coming here for a while, and at first, they were good, and it seems lately the finishers don't seem to care anymore on cleaning your vehicle. They just want to get you in and out as quickly as they can. This time, they didn't clean/wipe down the door jambs or cleaned the windows very well. They didn't even wipe my dash off. And this time, they missed placed my key and couldn't find it for a while looking all over inside my vehicle, until they asked the guy cleaning my vehicle a third time which he said he didn't have it. Which ended up, as he did have it in his pocket. Simply mistake, and hopefully, they can overcome the laziness and remember customer first, not speed, will go a long way for the business."
"The people were nice. But I wanted my carpets shampoo and my interior done. They said they had no time because they’re detailing a truck. It was 3:30pm, they close at 7. It was just me and the truck…….. no other cars…… by the time they were done with my car, which was 15 minutes, they were just sitting doing nothing!!!!! Not coming back."
"I took my truck here and paid 55 dollars for 1000 dollars in damage..the brushes put deep scratches on my hood.. they refused to acknowledge and accept what they did or even fix it thats bad business..beware gamble at your own risk here"
"Since Downtowner was sold and went downhill, a lot of people started recommending this place at Petro on Santa Barbara and Pine Island. We had sand in the vehicle from the beach, and it didn’t seem like they even attempted to vacuum it. I should have checked it there since it was my wife’s car, but I just went home. They left some dirt marks on the outside which came right off with a wet paper towel but literally in the trunk, cup holders , and console were covered still in sand. There was also oily looking spots on the dash…guess the only way to go is mobile detailing. I’d rather pay a few dollars more and not have to get it done somewhere else right after."
