Never used this company as an insurance provider, but based on my 3 minute interaction with one of their agents on the phone. I’m glad I dodged that bullet. * I simply was asking for a home and flood insurance quote. Not sure where the confusion stemmed from. My main concern was not on you denying my request for a quote, but on your choice of words and lack of customer service. You’re clearly the expert in subject matter, and the lack of professionalism speaks highly for your company. Accountability goes a very long way. Try it."

The policy that he wrote after allowing a family member to review it was significantly more (premium) than the one she was able to have us quoted for by brightway insurance — with slightly better coverage and . The opportunity was his businesses to lose. Based on this email conversation below I believe his expectation is to be provided “Blind Loyalty” without respect for what’s best for our pocket.
