"Absurdly bad customer service. Talk about a language barrier, the person who answered my call shouldn't be answering calls, she was very nice but could not understand basic conversation points. It was a total waste of time."
"AmeriGas was at one time a company of American origin, now it seems an established customer has to call a foreign country to get local service. I called to get an opinion from a tech for a site plan to install a generator and we concluded that all I needed to do was increase the size of my existing bottle. At the same time I asked if he knew of someone who could repair the gas grill I purchased from AmeriGas as they don’t repair grills anymore and he was to have a coworker contact me. I was charged for each question I asked a service charge with a total of over $200. This was an obvious case of gouging the public and taking advantage of customers who had damage after hurricane Ian in September. We have been with AmeriGas since 2005 but are now shopping other options"

"This AmeriGas propane exchange location is located conveniently at Seven-11. The price is a few dollars higher than other local exchange locations but this is a convenient location so it’s worth it when you’re grilling and need some propane and grill party items. The 7-11 staff is usually quick to go outside and exchange the tanks for you. I would recommend based on the convenience factor mostly."
