"If only I could give zero stars. Management has Zero respect for residents and gets testy when spoken to in the same tone and lack of respect that she speaks to people. The management accepts NO responsibility for literally ANYTHING and is more concerned about sales commissions than managing a park with only 84 homes. I will post videos and phone conversations so you can see and hear for yourself. Don't expect return emails or phone calls the same day or even the next day."

"This place has raised the lot rent two times recently and has made 0 improvements. Total garbage. For a 55+ trailer park they have no concern for the fact that most of their residents live off of social security. They'd just as soon see them starve to death than lower their absurd prices."
