"I was very skeptical about moving into the area, management is wonderful, my kids can be outside safely with no worries of drugs, or Rif Raf coming into the area. Always have someone out watching and controlling traffic. A) the neighbors are very kind and well maintained."

"Under new management. They are very accommodating and keep the rif raf out so you feel safe. Unfortunately the community center is closed to the renters/owners of the mobile homes. Only the staff have keys. I did get to have one birthday party in it last year but the a/c didn't work and our expensive cake melted. No freezer/fridge. Washers and dryers are here but very expensive. There are very nice community restrooms available with nice, large walk in showers and always very clean. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the community center and it's hard to get things fixed only because they are busy remodeling the vacant places which they fix up nice. They replace what is necessary for the new renters if it takes putting in new floors, walls, appliances, paint, etc. They are very hard wI'veorking managers and take their job seriously. lived here almost three years and am happy that I found a place I can call home."

"Well I can give my opinion now I’ve been living here a year Colleen the park manager she’s very nice and she really listens to when there’s an issue and does her absolute best to get it fixed that day most of the people live in the park are nice but every neighborhood has those you know neighbors,mostly people keep getting them selves if you’re looking for a nice place to live quiet and you’re not high maintenance this is the place for you I enjoy living here and I have made some really special friends"

"Back row always under water with normal rain. When I asked the park manager if something could be done about the water so that I wasn't walking through it to get to my RV he told me two things stay indoors for two days while the water drains or move. I chose to move to a better park. Would not want to see what happens when a tropical storm comes thru. Park is over ran with Muscovy ducks some residents find it okay to feed the Ducks there is duck poop everywhere. Also have people living in conversion vans at a lot which already has an RV on it. Lots of noise from the school behind the park. At one point there was a resident growing marijuana outside of his trailer told the park manager never did anything about it. The only reason he isn't growing anymore it's cuz the poor guy passed away . They don't mow on a regular basis so you could very well end up with weeds 2 foot tall .They claim to have free WiFi yeah the wifi-only works for the security cameras that they have . Clubhouse shower and restroom smells like cat urine. Also some man sleeping in the clubhouse. Rent varies depending on how well the manager likes you. Make sure you get your security deposit back on electric save your receipts from everything. If I could give no star I would have."
