Reviews
"Under new ownership huge rent increase my people are leaving cops pull everyone over if you try to enter the park from north bond"
"Well I don't live there , but it be nice if they're going to be on the internet to at least provide some information about the place. Like do they have long time parking, what kind of hook ups do the have for large campers, how much is it, there's all this negative reviews so are they going to write something positive. Just looking at what's here tells a person it's just a hole in the ground and places like that , well the people living there need just to contact the city to send somebody out to get answers."
"The current owners are selling the land to make a large profit, which I didn't blame them. But the new owners coming in are going to raise the prices to an outrageous price so that the people who are living there will no longer be able to afford the lot fees. They are being forced out d/t the doubled/tripled lot fees that they can not afford."
"The mobile home park is only for 55 and up and is very torn up and does not work with other renters who are laid-back starting businesses and are focused on more business opportunities to further humanity rather"
"They raise rates on tenants and expect payment. They do very little maintenance to park. Their trees become your problems. They will let anyone move in. There are no plans or organization. Owners just sucking out cash till they sell."
