"Great 24 hour parking garage. $1 an hour and caps at $8. I wouldn’t recommend parking here for an event, but is good for a regular day in downtown St. Pete. There is also a trolley stop right outside that can take you different places for free."
"Elevators are constantly breaking. Stairwells smell like urine. Their gates also break causing back-up with the response being to try exiting on a different floor. Welcome to the Value Jet of parking garages."
"The card reader does not accept Discover, then would not read my Visa. The attendant Brian was so rude to me for having to come help get my card to finally go through."
"Horrible. I had validated parking and it didn't work. Stuck there for almost an hour while the condescending parking employee basically told me I couldn't leave. I even had to threaten to call police to get out of there. Horribly stupid, lazy worthless people that work there and the garage itself is disgusting."
"No matter what I say people will still use this garbage business because they are the cheapest; but you get what you pay for! I was monthly for a while and they basically relegate you to the roof, so it's not even covered. I went there 3/6/24 which was the first time I went to the office that month, and paid the garage. Even though they say you have a 5 day grace period from the 1st they still charged me a $10 late fee (within 5 days). Because I had to pull a ticket I parked on the 3rd floor, which is also public parking. When I went to leave they refused to open the gate to let me out because I was on the "wrong" floor. Cars piling up behind me and 2 male security guards came up to my window. I informed these 2 strangers that I was carrying. These dumba$$es took it as a threat and kicked me out of the monthly membership. The real smart frog lady then tells me that you can be arrested for telling someone that you're carrying; remind me never to take legal advice from a parking lot employee. They said they would refund the $90.25 they charged me and now it's 3/19 with no refund. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company because of these scumbags. STAY AWAY!!!"
