"Food is never ready on time always have to wait an extra 20-25 minutes after the set time when order is placed on the app, at least it’s right 95% of the time."

"I WILL NEVER return to WaWa!!: Customer service is terrible these days. I stood at the pickup counter for 10 minutes waiting for an order. I saw the oder was ready when I walked up, but no one addressed me, or looked up from their work. When I was finally adressed I was frustrated and asked to speak with the Manager because this has happened often. She was the Manager....I let her know she was terrible at her job for ignoring me. The response I got back was an annoyed sigh of " wooooowww." As if she isn't paid to stand back there and handle these situations properly."

"I'm here several times a day. Sarah, Justin and Angel are so sweet. They always greet you with a big genuine smile and all how you're doing. They immediately get you coffee from the back of they're out without hesitation. I even told the manager what a joy it is to see them and have a conversation with them. I commend Wawa for hiring people with "different abilities" (I don't like calling it disabilities)."

"Never a bad experience. I always order on the way there and they know who I am and have my order ready with a smile. Also wanted to compliment the other day but with lunch time rush I know you are always busy. I couldn't help to notice how clean and kitchen area was. Ofocarse you expect nothing less but you can tell that every employee takes pride in keeping it clean in between each customer. Thanks for the great one stop shop for a quick lunch break."

"This is a newer Wawa, so it is still very clean and in tip-top shape. It has a great supply of snacks, drinks, freshly made sandwiches, soups, and more. The staff has always been friendly and ubiquitous. Additionally, it has plenty of fuel pumps, air and water pumps. I highly recommend this location."
