"I am highly disappointed with superior. I brought my car in last March of April for repairs after I was rearrended. I brought my car in to have my trunk replaced. Before I pick my car up, I received a call stating that my steering wheel clock spring had been busted and they were wondering if anything on my dash and on my steering wheel worked prior to bringing my car in, everything worked but coincidently broke while they had my car. Lucky me. The day I picked up my car, the technician was having a hard time getting my convertible top to go down into my trunk. As he was struggling, I walked and looked at my trunk and noticed that my brand new container of caranuba wax had been placed right where my convertible top goes and it was being crushed. I'm not sure why they moved the wax in the first place. But at this point it is now all over inside of my trunk and I am highly annoyed. A few days after picking up my car, I was driving at night and noticed that my license plate light was not working. I sent an email and followed it up with a phone call. Once I heard nothing, I decided to go back to superior and speak directly to the technician. He assured me they would order the part. Although I have followed up with more emails and calls, I have heard nothing from superior in almost a year. Superior has been anything but. I'm now wondering if my entire trunk and bumper were replaced, or did they just do a little bondo work instead as the light was busted when I brought my car to Dean Jackson. I would not bring another vehicle to them after this experience, even though I've used them in the past."
