"Hi, I’ve been to this gas station for a long time and have been a long-term customer. The service they recently has not been up to par for the last couple of months and I am finally now just frustrated. I understand if the night worker does not how to scan the QR code for the lottery, but stating that they do not do it is simply absurd. I have been there several times With them serving me for this the morning person Matthew has done this for me, as well as Melissa whom had worked there and a lady with short blonde hair and glasses. I understand if he doesn’t know how to do it, but there is no reason for him to be nasty ."
