Circle K

"Worst circle KI have ever been to the fountain. Drinks are always down. The food is always raw card and half the time the computers don't even work. They should just shut this one down."

"For being the newest location on the block this place sure is the pits. Here I must interject that the staff is absolutely amazing. There's a man named North who works here in the evening the end completely embodies customer service. He is kind professional caring And is able to learn and anticipate your needs. He even remembered my name and where I work only after a couple visits during his shift. He is such a great guy and an asset to the store and if they ever lose him there will be pretty much no reason to come here anymore because like I said they are brand new store they're soda fountain never works and has maybe two out of every ten visits to the store. This is surprising since polar Pop is such a part of the circle k brand. I understand that it's a franchise and it's had several owners since it opened but you would think circle k would require them to have this up and running at all times but it seems like it's been broken since the store opened. The lotto machine is down pretty much 50% of the time and they have a sign right on the door so you know not to even bother going in. I never quite sure what their hours are I always assume it's 24 hours but sometimes I work third shift and I stop by around 10:30 10:45 at night to grab a drink on my way to work or something like that and the doors are locked and not an employee in site. The only person I've ever seen works that shift is north and he's always there with a smile on his face. Like I said he's pretty much the only reason anyone would visit the store because he's so charming and gives such a great customer service. A message to the owner: do not ever lose this employee."

"First and foremost, this store is super clean and in stock. The associates are attentive and friendly. That is the two main ingredients that separate this location from the other “corporate” Circle K’s in the area. Yes, this is a franchise location that is operated by the family that owns it, that is one ingredient that makes it far better than the other “corporate “ Circle K’s in the area. If you know anything about franchise agreements, the Corporations that have locations they run, do not make it easy for the small guys (the franchisees). The associates here call their customers by name and don’t just grunt when you walk up to the self checkout. The end result is, these people care about your experience, they want you to leave happy and they will make sure of it…..wish I could say that for the “corporate” Circle K’s. I"

"Really nice Circle K. The store is very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restrooms are impeccable. Definitely a convenience store I would recommend."

"THIS IS NOT A CIRCLE K. This location is franchised. THEY DO NOT HONOR CIRCLE K REWARDS. The crazy looking lady behind the counter said there's a circle k near this one, it is ALSO a shell franchised. Everything is overpriced inside because its franchised. It's normally buy one get one on energy drinks for 2.79 and this place is selling them for over 3$ no discounts. They don't honor ANY points. If you absolutely need gas and you're running on empty, sure you can stop here. But this isn't convenient on morning commuters. I personally won't be stopping here ever again. A NORMAL circle k is better, or WAWA. Excuse my language but screw this place."
