"I wish there was a 0 rating, the attitude and unprofessional attitude from this company is appalling. A few items: 1. I purchased a Groupon for over $100 and it literally took 1 week to get them to answer the phone. 2992 number 2. They schedule me out 2 weeks(that's fine) and ask that everything be removed from the car. I call & text the day of the appointment and no one is answeing/responding. 3. I remove everything from the car which is no small feat, to make sure everything is ready for them while my newborn is crying inside. 2 car seats!! 4. Still no response so I Google and find another number, the guy answers and says and says he has to talk to his partner and calls me back saying they have to reschedule to another day. And after I complain he pops an attitude saying "go to Groupon and get a refund, we've been busy" I don't mind being rescheduled it's the lack of communication and literally not answering a phone that they provided to call. Overall disgusting. Don't spend your money here. Obviously I'm pissed"

"I had been trying to find someone to wash and wax my new sonata to protect my paint. I had gotten deals from Groupon and both of the company's didn't pay out. You couldn't even get them on the phone. I called Jerrod and was willing to take it to him knowing they were in Holiday, FL. I was really wanting to get it done asap. So I called and I talked to Jerrod and told him what I wanted done. I also had my fiance needed his mustang done but he needed his cleaned outside and inside and he wanted it waxed to. So I told him where we lived. We are retired and live on a fixed income. So I was glad that not only did they come to our house to do the work but gave me a good deal on doing both cars. We were so happy with all that they had done for us. The cars look so good. They did a great job on our cars. When we need to get them done again Hope they will come back and do both cars again. I highly recommend them to car your car or SUV."

"2 out of 4 times Ive used them they cancelled on me day of my appt. The first time right before my appt and the most recent time I had to contact them after they failed to show up. 40 minutes after my appt time I get a vague response saying "sorry I will not be able to make it today" Turns out they forgot to put me on the schedule. My husband & I arranged our Saturday around this appt as we were both getting our cars done. It completely messed up our day. They dont value people's time nor care to try to make it right because as they said "sometimes thats the nature of the business" Its very unprofessional. I was understanding and gave them a 2nd chance after the first cancellation. If you value your time I would not recommend them."

"Great job by Jerrod and Melissa on my older truck and newer car. Both look very good. The truck had some long time marks that were hard to get off. The car looks great too. I don't think there is anything more that could have been done in a shop that they didn't do. Thanks again!"

"These guys did an awesome job! I highly recommended them to anyone. Three people came out and washed my car for about 3 hours. I was very happy with the amount of time and effort they spent on my car. They even got all the dog hair out amazing! I would definitely call them to again to clean any car. Thanks!!"
