"Extremely unmotivated to sell. I’m getting quotes of 35-45% down on my own with no real credit history on 15,000 cars. I offered him 35% on a 9000 10 year old car with dings and imperfection and he recommended I buy it out-right. Obviously that’s not how things work in America. Credit is king. Only giving 2 stars because the guy seemed chill, unfortunately a little too chill for a “salesman” I guarantee if this car were in any other lot. I would’ve drove away with it. That’s simply too bad. Edit in response: smh you obviously don’t have a clue how credit works. This is how someone starts to build credit. Putting a 35-45% down on a 7-10k car. I already have 2 credit cards with 1000k credit on each and a 600+ credit score that’s already better than 80% of ALL Americans. If I simply can’t get financed then this dealership is genuinely a 2 star. Who will be able to finance? And will that person really be shopping at your dealership? No they’d be at a Mercedes dealership sir. By definition this is a lack of motivation to sell. Like I also said if this car was in another dealership I would’ve been quoted 35-45% down and I would’ve drove off the lot that day. With the same credit history just different dealership."
