"Needed a safe and reliable vehicle to take to an out of town wedding. Check in and drop off were super easy. Both associates were very friendly and efficient, especially the person I dropped the car off with. She was extremely nice and made the process easy. Rented a Subaru Forrester. Loved this little car, it was perfect for 3 of us with suitcases and road trip."

I have always had a great experience at my Cypress location and even tho all the staff had changed, I was still very pleased to have chose enterprise for my rental needs!"

"The car itself was fine. The Enterprise system was down at checkin, and because the staff had no idea how to do a manual rental, there was a delay and caused me to be late for my meeting. The rest room there was filthy. I would not have complained but I was called by the manager asking how my experience was. When I was honest and told him, he didn’t like it. He promised to give me a days’ rental but did not do it and did not put that in the notes. I will never go back."
