"I scheduled a rental van almost 2 months in advance. I've been a customer of Enterprise for about 20 years or more. 3 days before my vacation rental, I got a phone call from this location to say, "I don't know why they keep renting vans around here. We only have the one. This experience led me down a rabbit hole Chase to find a van through Enterprise corporate, to have my rate increase dramatically, and to have zero support from corporate or local location to correct the problem. I ended up having to call the corporation commission, DBPR, and flagged it federally for false advertising. 15 calls sent to escalations, all said an area mgr would call me. None did. Shame on Enterprise for allowing this location to remain open, and for losing touch with honoring advertised and reserved rates."
"Definitely one of these best Enterprises out there! And definitely the best car rental place. The customer service is always on point. EVERYONE there was so helpful and so kind. I wish more people would understand how important great customer service is. I will spend a couple dollars extra or deal with some difficult parking lol. Love love love them"
