"We decided to buy a new tv at Sam's Club. So, we requested a U-Haul truck online. We drove down the street, walked into the U-Haul store, spoke with a really nice representative and payed for the rental. We were back at Sam's Club in no time, losded up and off to our house, unloaded and back to U-Haul for a speedy return. The whole experience took 45 minutes. U-Haul for the convenience and the win!"
"While I would give a 5 star rating to the young lady that set me up with my paperwork, UHaul is lucky I didn't have an accident due to their negligence with the vehicle tower I rented as well. I wasn't even halfway to my destination, had a blowout on one tire, with a second on the same side almost blown out as well. I asked the gentleman before I even left about said tires... he said they were all right. Not sure if I can ever trust to rent from UHaul again."

"Stood in line for 20 mins while Judy helped a very difficult customer. She was great dealing with him. Kudos to her for keeping calm! Otherwise terrible. Misrepresented size, location, accessibility and availability of units. Could not provide me with the unit size I had reserved a week earlier. Ridicousness and bad business practices. Would not recommend."
