"We purchased a Mercedes recently. It was stressed over and over that it’s sold “as is” but that it had been checked over and was in good working condition. However, upon purchase, the maintenance records were “forgotten” but promised to be sent via FedEx the next day. Fast forward less than 2 weeks of having the vehicle— check engine light comes on (we have only driven it on weekends so not even 5 times out of the garage!)… take it to the dealership and $2700 later, we now have a fixed vehicle. We still do not have the maintenance records— they claim they forgot but honestly, it looks like they were purposefully withholding information as we still have no record of what services the vehicle has and hasn’t received. They seem like genuine people. Sadly, I have to give a poor review because of the lack of good faith on their part and the poor communication. While these luxury vehicles are low in miles, bring your mechanic with you or better yet— take it to the dealership for a thorough inspection."

"The dealership did not disclose issues and problems with the car, a major trust issue for out of state buyers. I purchased a very low mileage BMW from this dealer, assuming the dealer provided me with a full disclosure and honest representation of condition of the vehicle. However, upon delivery of vehicle to my home state, I discovered the dealer misrepresented the condition of the vehicle, specifically he hid facts about the torn up interior door panel of the car and scalloped front tires, which made operation of vehicle unsafe. This dealer is not trustworthy. UPDATE AND RESPONSE TO DEALER’S POST: The complaint filed with the Florida Dept. of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles is standing and on the dealer’s record. Apparently there are also prior complaints against this dealer on the record. The outcome of investigation was to sue the dealership in Florida; I live in Massachusetts but I am considering to get an attorney on board for filing a legal complaint in Florida to get this guy straight. It’s shameful this guy did not disclose the issues with the car, promised to reimburse me $500 to make up for lack of disclosure which was fraction of my costs but never did, and still comes here to post a response and brag about his reviews and lure other buyers in. He’s claiming that the issue was that I expected a brand new car in a 10-year old vehicle. No way Jose! I was seeking honest representation for the condition of vehicle I purchased. It is not worth it as a matter of principle to operate with dishonesty and lies to make couple of bucks extra profit on vehicles. I have purchased several cars from other dealers out of state and this was my first time making a mistake by trusting a dealer! Buyers, especially out of state buyers, be aware and do your own due diligence with this dealership. Be careful with the lack of disclosure on vehicle’s conditions at the time of purchase if you are considering one with this guy or save yourself some future headaches and simply look elsewhere."
