"UPDATE: They sent me an email acknowledging there was an issue. I emailed them back, they did not answer my email. I am still suck with a car that constantly needs to be fixed. I have no money left to pay for the repairs. I will continue to share with everyone these Updates, until this problem is resolved. They lied to me!!! I have no car just a $16,638 car payment. They said they would give me a different car, because they sold me a lemon. I would just have to wait till they had a replacement in stock. Six months later I was forced to take the lemon. They said the car was fixed. The battery needed to be replaced, the passenger knob fell off, the gas tank door didn’t open, the back hatch door would not stay open ( It takes two people to take things out of the trunk. One to hold the back hatch door and someone to take the items out.) the engine blew, and the brakes need to be replaced. The car is still inoperative, currently in the shop getting what I can afford fixed like the CV joint among other things!. No one cares. I still owe $16, 638 for a completely unreliable vehicle that was never safe to be on the road to begin with! NEW UPDATE!!! 7/26/2024 Engine Light still on, car leaks when it rains, I found out they sold me this car with the whole break caliper rusted. Mazda of Ft Myers Royally…. Me over. Still did nothing about it. They made promises that they didn’t keep."

She really knew the features of the vehicles, had a very positive and pleasant demeanor, and demonstrated a true desire to ensure we left happy and satisfied. And that we did! The GM introduced me to a color combination I fell in love with and brought my spouse pizza because we hadn’t eaten all day while Rodrigo worked a deal that we were quite pleased with. The finance manager explained the entire process to us and made us feel very comfortable. If you’re in the market for a great new car, give a Mazda a try and don’t go anywhere else but Mazda of Ft.
