"I purchased a brand-new 2023 Elantra, and unfortunately, I encountered an issue with the front hood leaking a sticky substance from the second day of ownership. Despite promptly returning the vehicle to the dealership on the same day of purchase, they initially dismissed the problem and provided excuses instead of addressing it. Although they eventually cleaned and fixed the issue once, the problem has unfortunately persisted and worsened. It is understandable that such issues may arise with used vehicles, but the fact that this is a brand-new car is concerning. During my recent visit for regular service, the Hyundai dealership informed me that other vehicles have experienced similar issues and that there is no immediate solution they can provide. I kindly request your urgent attention to this matter, as it is unacceptable for a brand-new vehicle to exhibit such defects. I trust that Hyundai values customer satisfaction and will take the necessary steps to rectify this issue promptly."

"This is my third time buying a car from Hyundai of Fort Myers, and each time was an excellent experience. They always seem to have a large selection of cars on the lot, even the new model units that are hard to find at other dealerships. All of the folks I've encountered there seem to have been rigorously trained in professionalism, courtesy, and good customer service. My first car purchased here was a Palisade which I love, then for a second Tucson hybrid for shorter trips and to help with keeping fuel costs low. Service hasn't been an issue for me since none of my cars need major service but the regular service check ups have shown me that the Service Department is top notch too. My third purchase just yesterday is the new design 2024 Santa Fe hybrid this time to replace my Palisade. My wife and I worked with Simone to compare the Santa Fe to a few other competitors. Simone was great! She had complete product knowledge of the new Santa Fe. She was always patient and pleasant while answering all of my many questions during our visits to the store and on our test drives. This made it much easier for my wife and I to make my comparisons on the vehicles we was considering on this time around. Ultimately we chose the Santa Fe and I think I've just found my favorite car yet! I love this car!
