"Have bought 2 cars , yes they are used and like any used cars they can have issues, but they go above and beyond to help fix them (with their service charge but thats fine with me any other dealership would tell you good luck go find your own mechanic) payments are affordable and they are understandable on some late payments, the receptionist is always attending as soon as i walk in with any concerns I may have and my over the phone payments are time savers! Reliable and honest hard workers.."

"I personally think that a review is only a personal point of view of quality of your product and the service you receive, nothing personal against the people involved. I bought a truck a little over a year and a half ago. I was treated good since the beginning of the deal until we closed it. Nice looking truck and color (I always get compliments about how it looks and its color). I think I bought it a little overpriced but I needed something ASAP. The headache started when it broke on me while driving I75 after work (drive shaft broke). Had to buy a used one and got replaced by their mechanic. After that, front suspension had to be replaced because it was damaged, so had to replace it. 6 months after I bought the truck, differential had to be replaced because it was very loud; totally broken. Had to be replaced, too. Almost at the same time, the AC system started to fail, nobody was able to diagnose the problem until everything broke and got stuck with a truck with no AC from October 2017 until a month ago that I was able to get it fixed (AC compressor and evaporator had to be replaced at another shop). Starting 2018 I had to replace the alternator, it broke on me while driving to work early in the morning, this job I did it myself. I know things happen and sometimes one gets stuck with something bad. After all this, I still love my truck. I am not blaming anybody for the unfortunate things that happened to me, got a used truck that a previous owner didn’t take care of. They are nice people, no doubt. They try their best to help you out, but if you need someone to take care of your car needs, get your own mechanic or DIY. They do care about customers, that’s a plus. Last year after hurricane Irma I was without work for almost a month and fell behind on my payments everywhere and they helped me work something out to do my payments and get back on track with them. There are always pros and cons everywhere, even with brand new cars. I don’t think 4 stars would hurt as a review for the place itself, it is more for everything I’ve been throught with my truck."
