"my Sales Person, Juan, has been truly a pleasure to work with! He is patient and I appreciated that and his mannerism as well. Jay, the owner, very helpful and listened to my wants/concerns and we were able to make some deals together."
"Buying my car was easy. This was my first purchase on a vehicle going in my name and I admit I made mistakes but please do not make the same mistakes as I did. I brought a 2015 Dodge Journey she drove wonderfully (around the corner). I did not notice (myself) that it was AS IS until I drove off. I immediately knew I was going to regret it. I drove it for about a week very minimal use. I then drove to Tampa and when I got there there was a loud ticking sound coming from the engine by the time I came back to Cape Coral it was 10x worse. I wrote Jay the owner and expressed to him and the salesman Frank that the car was making loud noises and sent them a video they told me to bring it back in. I brought it in and I was told it was the crank shaft and engine bearing. Jay the owner said he will go half with me on the expenses which he didn’t have to since I brought AS IS. I paid with a credit card he helped me fill out for $2200. $1900 was for the car repair. I got my car back in 2 weeks. After driving around with it… long behold that sound came back and it’s x10 again. They repaired this crank shaft and engine bearing and that was never the issue. The issue was that this Dodge Journey has a recall that hasn’t happened yet on the engines. The lifters are malfunctioned. In reality I should’ve made a smarter purchase but as a business owner Jay the owner cursed me out, he has called me a liar… Has told a local mechanic that I owe him money that’s why I won’t go back to him but in reality I don’t want them to touch my car anymore and rip me off some more. It’s very clear the mechanics at his dealership are ripping people off and just assuming what’s wrong and not analyzing what’s wrong. I didn’t give 1 star because he was initially acting like he wanted to help me but then ended being very nasty to me. I have a car I spent over $12000 for and it will not last me not even a year. Be very cautious and DO NOT BUY AS IS HERE!"
"1/10 - do not recommend. Purchased a truck, from the outside it is beautiful… but rusted underneath. At the time of purchase we asked both Jay and Francisco (the salesperson) about the origin of the vehicle and whether or not it was a Florida vehicle. Both stated that yes it was and when asked for proof, it was never given. Come to find out the vehicle originated from somewhere up North. Francisco also lied about the truck being a V8 when in reality it is a V6… safe to say the salesperson do not know what vehicles they have in stock. They wanted us to buy the truck and drive off with it. We also scheduled an oil change in which they had no idea what we were talking about even though it was “on the wheel” as they call it. Strongly do not recommend purchasing from here. If you do, make sure you take a mechanic with you. To add on, the manager, old guy with glasses and always carrying a vape, said we could tow a full size RV camper in the truck with rust… pictures added for proof."
