"Original review: I found this vehicle and dealership online, and travelled all the way from Pennsylvania! It has been such a great experience throughout and couldn't have asked for a better first car buying experience! Thank you to Tom and Rick for a smooth, friendly and clear exchange! Edit 8-16-24, 2 days after purchase. We couldn’t even get the car the whole way home. We drove 600 miles and it started to shake violently anytime we accelerated. Had to pull off in Virginia and have my parents bring a car trailer 5 hours away to pick us up and take us home. Very disappointed with the fact that we’re not receiving any calls back from car link. The one bit of correspondence I did get back, I was told by my salesman to have my family look at it since “our family is in the business to have them take a look at it.” This car was quoted $2,000 in work already and I didn’t even get it home. One of the most stressful experiences in my life. Being so far from home and not sure if we’re even going to make there safely."
