"Sent my model3 there for a repair to the charge port and when I got it back the trunk has a gash in it like they lifted the hood with something above it. They're refusing to take responsibility at all and are saying it's not their fault. I have no idea how they came to this conclusion when they have hundreds of cars in their lot. Compete utter nonsense from this location. Also they charged me to replace my swing arm after it has been in for service to fix that swing arm assembly every year since I've bought it, and that part was recalled and they were supposed to have already replaced it. Prior to that they just filled it with a bunch of silicone caulk they told me."

"My Tesla 12v battery stopped working out of no where. I had Franco dispatched to my home in Cape Coral to fix the issue. And the service received was exceptional!! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. Thank you Franco !!!"

"Went to check out the Tesla just to feel the difference between electric and gas vehicles. The showroom was small but I was greeted quickly. Dylan was very nice and did a great job giving information and no pushy sales. I liked that I could test drive by myself. Overall it was a good experience. Not interested in buying but I can see some value."
