"Terrible experience. Rented a suv 3 weeks prior to trip. Called a couple days prior to confirm. Get a call 20 minutes prior to pickup saying they don’t have one and only 5 vehicles on the lot and none that held 8 passengers. They said they can possibly have a mini van in the afternoon. Steer clear of this place and rent somewhere else."

"I Had the unfortunate situation of my car breaking down , I had extended warranty that covers for a rental , unfortunately this enterprise location is where I had to go to pick up car , I had a $40 a day limit, I got there and they have no cars it was almost closing time and the young man behind the counter had an attitude, he had no customer service skills, told me I had to get in a suv and pay the additional $15 a day out of my pocket.when it was time for me to pay he rush through explaining the charges and when I didn’t understand the charges he spoke to me in an condescending tone and treated me like as dumb, lied about how many days the car was approved for , charged me one fee upfront and additional fee the next day , I didn’t receive a phone call to explain why, I decided to take the suv back and get in a car that was under $40 a day , because I had to extend the amount of days I would keep the car , this young man that took care of me on this day was very professional and helpful , however when I returned the car , the person that was checking me in started of nice but his tone changed because I was not getting back my $50 deposit, I was charged for taxes an fees upfront and a $50 deposit, I returned the car with more gas than i got it with , a day early, when I questioned it and asked him to look into it , he turned to the first young man that helped me on day one with no customer service skills , he lied saying that because I used two different credit cards I one on the first day and another on the second when I exchanged the car I would see $37 returned on one card and twenty something dollars on the other , I only received the $37 dollars and not the other, I believe this what he told me to get me out the door. In addition the cars clean on the inside but the windows are very dirty I had to clean the windshield on the inside of both cars just so I could see properly."

"Recently rented from Lehigh Enterprise. All together the start to finished was a great experience. The young lady I dealt in the beginning had a very flat personality. Not the best at customer service. The manager stepped in and further helped us with our rental. He did an amazing job to find a vehicle that was suitable for our needs. The vehicle we decided on was amazing and felt brand new and was very sterile. Once we returned the vehicle the Tall Gentleman in the back gave me a warm welcome and further helped me out. This gentleman understood customer service. All in all I had excellent service and enjoyed the vehicle that was used. I will definitely return for another vehicle when the need arises."
