"WOMEN BEWARE! RUDE MANAGER! DISHONEST ! My husband used this store often so I decided to use them because my husband is ill, to replace one tire. JUSTIN told me that both my tires were bad and I needed to be replaced. I believed him and told them to go ahead an replace them. Then they called me and told me they broke the key to my tires because the last person who put on the tire did it too tightly. When my husband checked the tire they were trying to replace it was nowhere near the check mark to be replaced. I feel like they took advantage of me because I am a woman, and tried to sell me a tire I did not need. In the process of taking advantage of me, the key broke . Steve,, the store manager, refused to take responsibility for their action. HE SHOUTED AT ME, I stayed calm the entire time. He said he is offended that I thought they took advantage of me being a woman. He even started laughing. He lied and claimed he didn't sell the rite in question, when we bought it from him. He ended up hanging up the phone on me. I have never experienced such terrible customer service. The entire experience is shameful. Maybe they take advantage of everyone. Why would they try to sell me a tire I did not need? Why wouldn't they replace a key that they broke? Why should I believe them that the tire was too tight, when they lied about everything else."
