"Horrible service. Tried to pick up a car yesterday around 12 and they called and said they had no cars until the late afternoon. I then tried to reschedule for the next day at 9:30. I arrived to the location and found out they had no cars. They did not offer to try and help or anything. I was told I just had to wait and they didn’t know when they would get another vehicle in… won’t be using hertz again. This is why I am almost always use Enterprise."
"About the dumbest employees a place could hire. Paul's brain doesn't work, he is incapable and should probably be doing something else with his time like playing with blocks... Don't waste your time here, literally go anywhere else and you'll have a better experience. Not the first time either, so seeing Hertz reply to other reviews with not "the standard".....that's hilarious but IT IS the standard. Every car I've tried to rent from here is always a problem, every single time.....Paul simply doesn't belong there, and doesn't represent your company in a good light. You can see all the negative reviews as proof this is typical behavior for this location.. get rid of him."
"The rental process was painless but make sure you know what they consider a "week", to them it's 5 days not 7, which should have been explained in the beginning. We were also charged a $10 fee on top of our $2 toll ! They said that's what the toll company charges but it isn't, the toll company charges $3, our total should have been $5 not $12.!! And so Hertz response is a thank you for the review we'll strive to do better?? Well how about doing better then? I've looked at a dozen of your reviews and they're all the same complaints, at what point do you do better? How about starting by refunding my $10 back on the toll up charge!"
"We had a reservation thru priceline for a certain sum for 7 ppl. We get there there is no one in that office we had search thru the whole building to get someone to help us. Then she says oh we don't have a car available for you they only had 3 suv and suppose they were all reserved. She was rude and didn't even try to assist of finding another car at a different location.until we asked her too. I will recommend not to go that location not professional and no customer service. Ended up going to enterprise and get a car that we needed and customer service was amazing."
"So I'm dealing with a collision and I'm trying to figure out what the cost out of pocket will be and what my insurance covers. I spoke to my insurance first and they tell me to call Hertz for pricing on vehicals; so when I call them the girl who answers the phone was incredibly rude like I was bothering her trying to ask questions to understand. She tells me I need to handle everything through my insurance and when I tried to explain that I was and I was just trying to understand the pricing for renting the vehicle she still couldnt give me a price and was getting louder repeating what she said like I didn't hear her the first time. Who ever is handling phones calls needs better customer service training at this location. Thank you making an already stressful situation worse."
