"These guys are fantastic! We had an emergency move due to a mold infestation and had to go into an Airbnb. The entire team was completely accommodating and helpful to us especially when we could not get movers to get all our things out in time and there were issues with the Airbnb and had to extend the truck rental. Not only did they provide great customer service from the beginning but they also worked with us to make it affordable to keep the truck longer until we were able to find another Airbnb. Zane Jennifer Tyler and the other gentleman who I cannot remember his name thank you all for great service this is why I stay loyal to Penske after all these years."

"Thank you Penske Truck Rental I called and reserved the truck I needed with only 2 days advance notice "unheard of" for a Saturday LOL what a joke and it needed to have a hydro lift, I don't want much do I lol! Most truck Rental agents would've just hung up the phone on me, but not Penske they just said no problem sir and see you Saturday."

"I have never experienced such horrible customer service. From someone that is very patient and never complains, I have nothing good to say about this specific location. First, we ordered a truck and car carrier to tow our vehicle. After receiving the truck, it had leaked transmission fluid all over my (just pressure washed) driveway. I get it things happen, and I wouldn’t have minded, but because we had to be back to our location we missed out on 2 days, following, they returned the truck and car carrier. The car carrier had torn tire straps that were unable to be used. After having to then spend more money to drive the vehicle home and pay for the gas of an extra vehicle, we were told they kindly extended the return date of the truck. Now, to later find out, after receiving a call from the return location, it wasn’t extended and was due the day of the call. I called Penske explaining we had confirmation from them to have extended. The guy was extremely rude, told me there was nothing he could do and it was due that day. Just do yourself the favor and rent from anywhere else."

"They gave me a car attachment with worn out tires.. Out of chaos with the move I didn’t check but I trusted they would’ve supplied me for my hard earned money a car attachment in good condition. Wrong. I was able to go replace it but I had to push my move out date in doing so.. Manager didn’t really care when brought to his attention. Just be careful and don’t trust that they’ll have their end of things figured out."
