"I called the dealership with concerns about my electrical system. We had a couple of issues arise while we were traveling in July that i wanted to be looked at. Logan informed me that there were several recalls and that that was one of them. I was given a convenient appointment, a loaner vehicle, and an approximate time frame for the work to be completed. everything done was explained in detail and my vehicle was ready the next morning. Logan was courteous and professional. I am thoroughly pleased with my Lincoln Nautilus, and Alex Karras. Thank you!"

"The speed of service was great and the text communications on vehicle service status are great. Prices increased close to $30.00 compared to my last visit. I was not advised of an airbag recall when I was at dealership and nearly the next day I received an email from Lincoln notifying me of an airbag issue. Also, tire pressure readings were off after tire rotation. One back tire was 2 psi lower than other back tire."

"Wow , wow . Just wow .. just amazing experience all around. Where to start , Transmission issues Friendly staff that took us in immediately and diagnosed the issue . Logan our rep calling me before anything was done and kept me in the loop, I felt like a VIP with the service and respect and knowledge provided by Logan and the Mechanic Team . Car was gonna be down for a bit, scrambling to find a rental . They offered a loaner vehicle that was literally brand new. Was kinda sad returning it after seeing all the new safety features of the loaner. After the repair, car was returned clean and running strong again . Also received a recall notice in the mail days after dropping of the car, gave them a call and they took care of it there as well. No run around, just results. Best service I’ve received from any business in a long time . Thank you guys . Ps car pulls a bit to the left upon acceleration. Not drastic but I’ll definitely have you guys (my new repair shop ) take a look ."

"What made me want to write about Alex Karras Lincoln was hands down the service desk person named Logan Lukas. I had been receiving flyers regarding my 2004 Lincoln and figured it was time for my 2-gazillion mile check up. I called but they were so busy I couldn't get the service desk on the phone. I am retired but my wife has the other car and not being in a hurry I figured I would drop my car off and leave it for a few days. Logan went through the flyer and gave me the best deal he could. I told him I wasn't in a hurry and since I didn't have an appointment not to worry but he was very personable and knowledgeable and treated me as if I had just purchased a new $100,000.00 car. He gave me an estimate, called me later that day, and the car was ready by close of business. When I got there the next day, it looked like a new car. Washed, and all the fluids that hadn't been were changed and/or flushed. Tires were serviced, alignment checked, estimates on some outside damage were given but the fact is his estimate was spot on. We had some time and one of my jobs was as a flight instructor and he was taking flying lessons. We talked for a while and it only confirmed what I had already suspected. He was a very conscientious listener, intelligent, good with people, and very caring about his job, and the satisfaction of his clients. In my case, as we said in the military, he went above and beyond the call of duty. When I need servicing again, I will be asking for Logan although I am sure everyone at Alex Karras Lincoln seems to be very good at what they do. Dean Silverberg"
