"It would have been 5 stars but the car had a major and potentially dangerous flaw: the back hatch of the SUV could not stay open, i.e. it opens completely and closes right away. Luckily nobody got hurt but we came close. The agents in the office were excellent"
"Giving 5 stars because, although our rental car upon pick-up was filthy, once we got to our destination, Alex (store Manager) was able to get us into a new vehicle. He was extremely helpful in the transaction and made it right for us. We were initially furious; however, Alex made sure we had an amazing experience. We are very grateful to find one of the few individuals in this world that care about other people"
"Cannot understand why when picking up your rental that it’s not ready. Had to wait for it to be washed and vacuum out. Then notice that rear tire looked low after driving to NC, the low tire pressure light came on and all the tire pressures were low. Had to add add but the right rear tire kept getting low. Found a nail in right rear tire. When to Enterprise in Foley AL, they sent us to Mavis and they removed nail and fixed tire and everything was great afterwards. The truck was a great ride and was good on gas."
"I rented a car from that place 2 weeks ago. It was my second experience with them, but honestly, this is one of the best experience I have ever made...I had no issues at all with that car. When I returned the car, I found Chase to assist me, that man is very friendly, informative and professional. After dropping the car, I was gonna wait for my ride for 1 hour, Chase asked me if I need a ride, I said yes, and He was more than happy to drive me home. I recommended everyone to go to that place if you would like to have a wonderful rental experience as me, and do not forget to ask for Chase too!!!"
"This is my family's go-to, rent a car place. They are moderately fast at getting you behind the wheel. Our last car was an Audi. Beautiful ride, but I don't believe they paid enough attention to the front seats. Surprisingly, not very comfortable. You can rent just about anything they have available, if your plans are made in advance and online. Even under pressure, and you need a car, like now. They will do their very best to make that happen. You need a driver's license and some kind of plastic card to pay. Debit or credit works now. To rap it up, you need a car, they have a car. Happy driving from the folks at Enterprise."
