"If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. This place is EXTREMELY unprofessional and displays absolutely no remorse for their carelessness. My partner has had his eye on a beautiful 2009 BMW 3 series for about a month now. He reached out to this company and spoke to a salesperson by the name of PATRICIA. They have been conversing back and forth for some time about said vehicle and we have set an appointment to drive out in person to come see it and possibly purchase it given we had everything necessary to make the purchase. Today, we have taken the drive from WESLEY CHAPEL to HANNA CARS to see the BMW. Our appointment was at 7 pm and we have made it on time given only being 10 minutes late due to severe weather on the highway. My partner called the establishment to let them know he was running a few minutes late to which they respond with, “you’re interested in the BMW correct? No problem we’ll see you soon”. We make it to Hanna Cars soaking wet just for the front desk to tell us that the car has been sold the previous night. They didn’t have the courtesy to let us know beforehand. Of course we were frustrated and requested to speak to the manager on duty to which the front desk receptionist obliged, but with an attitude. We would’ve greatly appreciated being told that the vehicle we have had an eye on for a while has been sold, but no! Do better. Please take your business elsewhere and do not consider Hanna Cars while thinking about purchasing a car."

They are efficient and very knowledgeable. My sales person was Juan and he was wonderful. I definitely recommend going to him.
