"They were very helpful in getting a rental to drive far to go visit my sister in the hospital. They were efficient and quick and when I got back, they returned my deposit the same day I love enterprise and will be using them in the future for all my rentals."

"I will never rent from this company again. I made a reservation at 9am in the morning for a car to get at 1pm the same day. They confirmed and scheduled to have someone pick me up for my car at 1pm. No one showed up and when i called they told me they don’t have cars available. I was left at a late hour to find another company. Very unprofessional. Do not rely on this company to get a car."

"This place is awesome! The manager Alex , took amazing care of me. I had to put my car in the shop. And I wanted a nice vehicle. He found me the perfect car. I’m so glad and grateful for the stellar service. There are a few locations closer to my neighborhood but this location really went above and beyond for me. I will rent here again and I will recommend it to everyone I know. It’s too bad I can only give 5 stars they deserve 10."

"I didn’t enjoy renting from this location - a gentleman working in the evening was condescending and rude when he denied a discount promotion I had received from an employee of a company. I was mistakenly told I was able to use this discount, and I understand if I have to be an employee to use this code so I was willing to pay the full price, but he denied me as if I was a con artist or a scammer when really it was poor information from a friend. On top of this negative experience, the car I rented started with a quarter tank of gas which was fairly inconvenient. It also had a daytime light out, which caused an extremely annoying warning noise every 30 seconds. It doesn’t sound like much, but over a 2 and a half hour drive, the experience was miserable. I considered buying a replacement light and installing it myself, but it’s not my problem so I didn’t. The only redeeming experience was the excellent customer service provided by a woman working there during the dropoff. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name. I hadn’t rented from Enterprise before, but I think I’ll stick with Avis or Budget from now on."
