"I brought my car in for a tire rotation and air/cabin filter replacements. The vehicle service was done correctly. However, I was charged for the tire rotation which was supposed to be free. I didn’t catch it until I got home. Jim (at the front desk) was able to refund me the next day. Being that I had spent $1,500 for four (4) Bridgestone tires at this same location just 4-5 months before, it was quite annoying. Better yet, I was told to tell the service rep the next time. Really? Can’t the software recognize my previous purchase of tires or can’t they flag my account to know not to charge me? Very inconvenient. I hope I remember to tell them next or I’ll have to go through this all over again."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. Went to them in 11/2023. They said I needed a valve cover gasket, and recommended fluid exchange for transmission, steering, and brakes. Car is 2018 Ford Focus. NO steering fluid necessary, electric steering, car doesn’t even use it! This, according to estimate, was $109.00. When I called them out on it, they said they were going by “maintenance schedule”, and would have realized it later?! Gave them a 2nd chance as they are close to my house and very convenient. My engine light had turned on and my transmission was “slipping”. They sent me into a tailspin, saying I needed a new transmission.. to the tune of 8k new, 6k used/rebuilt. What? At 80k miles? Brought my car to a transmission shop for 2nd opinion. No NEW TRANSMISSION needed. The transmission shop took it apart, cleaned it, and sent me on my way. Car is running GREAT. Cost? $ 300.00. They are thieves."

"You can't go wrong getting service at this particular Tire Choice. I have been going there for about 12 years now and I have never been disappointed with my service there. The manager, Jim, and his staff are very helpful and honest people and I really appreciate them very much!! He knows that I'm not rich by any means and is very mindful of costs."
