"Not a large selection but our rental was there and ready. Easy in and out of the facility except trying to get out onto the road with a uhaul. Too much traffic if one is not experienced or comfortable with towing or driving a large truck."
"The women working the register was extremely rude and took on another customer while I was waiting to pay for the U-Haul and it took me over 30 minutes just to pay for the U-Haul and get out the door because of the lady acting careless and working slow as possible while complaining about everything. She clearly was taking her day out on the customer. And there was a line of four people behind us while the gentleman next to her was working most of the customers. She has glasses and is extremely rude, and talks to you like your stupid or something and clearly has no customer service experienced or is just generally A-Hole for no reason. I won't EVER rent another U-Haul from that establishment no matter how badly I need a U-Haul."
"Tried to charge for gas when it was returned with the same level it was when I started out also charged $ 10.00 more for the truck than uhaul states on their website don't use this company they rip you off"
"I returned a truck here and for got some clothes and a pair of brand new shoes in the cab. I returned the truck on a Sunday and realized what I did so I left a vm foe the Sunday night. I called 1st thing on Monday morning to let them know what happened and they said they would call me back. A day later no call and when I called back to the next day to ask they hung up on me."
