"Terrible terrible experience! Reserved a car 2 days in advance to go to my family for thanks giving after my flight. But the office was empty! No one! I called Hertz and they said there is nothing they can do, someone had to be there and someone was not! They advised me to go to an airport 20 miles away to check whether they have any available cars! What an irresponsible service both by the local office and the customer service! NEVER EVER AGAIN I WILL USE HERTZ TO BOOK A CAR!"
"Had many issues renting at this place. Once had a confirmed car reservation went there and no car.. called the # and they told me that reservations MUST BE 24 Hours in advance.. Really! Where is this written? Another time returned a car there and received a call 2 days later from Hertz saying the car was not returned! Had this issue TWICE. I decided not to use this Hertz facility any longer, They are inefficient!"
