"Excellent service. I brought my 2006 Sprinter van in for brake replacement and got brakes rotors and new sensors done. Within a week the brakes began to make noise, which irritated me and I was getting ready to take a long distance trip. I called to make another appointment to have them check it out and they took me in quickly , and replaced the new rotors. No squeak! I'll bring the van back for other service and maintenance issues when the need arises."

"JC Automotive was kind enough to properly diagnose my 2008 Impala. I thought it was a transmission issue so I requested an estimate for pricing and a tune up. They tactfully did not provide pricing for the transmission repair. Instead opted to diagnose the issue during my tune up. I'm glad I went with JC auto because they diagnosed a wheel bearing issue, not a transmission! No pressure to "fix" a non-issue. The bearing repair was done on the fly same day as the tune up, not a re-scheduled appointment. Since the added repair would take a few hours they even included driving me home and picking me up. I am new to the shop and I was pleasantly surprised at how well they treat their customers. Very kind folks. I am pleased to work with them."

"These guys do a wonderful job. My boyfriend took his land rover in with a massive break fluid leak. They actually worked on a land rover and did a wonderful job for a great price. They fixed it fast and did a good job. They went above and beyond to get ahold of replacement brake lines that were no where to be found. Yesterday, my mustang decided to die at stop lights at 6 PM. I took it to them at 7 Pm without even talking to them. They took the time to call me and ask follow-up questions to accurately diagnose my car problem. They were able to accurately diagnose and fix my engine problem same day. They're doing my tires, alignment, and oil change while they're under the hood. The price is fair and reasonable. A failing engine is never fun or easy. They are at least making sure it is as least stressful as possible."
