"I constantly use Enterprise for all my rentals. Out of town trip, mini vacations, weekend getaways, car repairs.... recently I enrolled in the enterprise plus program, which I was never told about on any my visits, and I like the ability to collect points. I'm such a loyal enterprise customer I literally bought my car from enterprise sales. All that being said, my last 2 visits were THE WORST and I will no longer be doing business with any location. My last rental was on 49th st and the car was absolutely FILTHY, the employees were rude and unconcerned, and there was literally weed inside the car. When I got in I could smell it but I was on my lunch break and couldn't stop. I got back to work, I'm a GM for a car wash thankfully, and after inspecting the car there was broken up weed in the center console and on the floor on the passenger side and by the door. I cleaned the car and I called the location who simply wanted me to drive back so they could vacuum. Sorry, I already took one chance and wasn't going to risk another, and I definitely was grateful I hadn't been home to pick up my kids yet to drive around with illegal drugs everywhere. I did take pictures because I wanted to backup everything I was saying. It wasn't just the drugs in the car, there was papers and receipts. They did not clean that car before renting it to me. Outside was full or dirt and bugs. This time I called in and requested a truck. I explained I needed one to be able to bring my kayaks with me so I verified about 3 times I would be able to rent the truck and pick it up and was told repeatedly there was no problem and it would be at the location and ready for me. Day of pickup I got a call just under 30 mins before my scheduled time. The male employee told me they didn't have a truck so I could get a car or he would cancel my reservation. That's it. I asked if he could tell if there was one available at another location and he told me to do it myself by calling every location individually or I could just take a car, or he will cancel mreservation. Literally zero concern for keeping business or making a customer happy and he spoke as if I was bothering him. Trying to call was a disaster as you get forwarded to the main line who decided to tell me then they couldn't promise me a specific vehicle. They previously did just that. Nice. The icing on the cake was getting stuck in the hurricane weather while trying to return the car. My return was for a Saturday just before close. The storm raged on Saturday to the point the streets flooded and you couldn't see 2 ft in front of the car. I called to say I would be late knowing the store was closing and was told I could use the drop box and due to the situation the store would be closed the following day as well and if I couldn't get back safely to wait. Sunday was the actual day of the hurricane and my street was flooded to get out of my house. I had already called so I wasn't worried. Monday morning at 730 I was standing in front of the enterprise with a completely undamaged vehicle. I explained to the employee when the car was due back and the circumstances around it to which he replied in acknowledged that he was aware and they appreciated I didn't flood their vehicle trying to return it in that weather. He then stated he was refunding my entire deposit. He Inspected the car as i waited for ride. He then came back to me and said they wouldn't be keeping almost 100 of my deposit because I hadn't returned the car on time. I shook my head and left. Enterprise, you have gone above and beyond to show you don't care about your customers and we hold no value to you. In any other situation, had I been late, I would've gladly paid the fee. I chose to call and not to destroy the car and I paid for it. You only lost a customer you didn't care about to begin with. You win!"
"A huge thank you to Alex and his team for saving our vacation! Another car rental company promised a van and didn't deliver. Just before closing on July 3rd, Alex and his team went out of their way and worked their magic to provide us with accommodations needed. They were extremely professional and prompt. We will definitely utilize them for our future travels. We highly recommend!"

"First car I got was giving me allergy issues and the on-site manager here immediately took action upgraded. My car made sure I was happy and went above and beyond for my experience. I was originally only going to rent for three days, but ended up renting a week because I loved the new car they upgraded me into. I’ve rented a lot of cars. She runs this location, as if she owned it and she is a huge asset as the on-site manager."
"My experience at the Enterprise was actually pretty decent! They gave me a really good cup of black coffee while they figured out which car I was allowed to take earlier than it was scheduled for. Sanita made sure that I got what I needed and I really appreciate that set of wheels that I got. This 2021 Toyota Corolla is a car I would actually consider buying. I love the on road safety features, The cruise control assist, as well as the fact that it’s extremely fuel efficient. I can never buy an all electric car as I spend far too many hours on the road. Unfortunately the car has seen some damage, I’m pretty sure a cat lived in it for awhile and it needed a really good detailing. That’s why I have to drop my review by one star. I value a clean car and have always respected other people’s property better than my own. I don’t understand how people return rental cars like they do."
