"It was a really easy process . Just go online, create an account, book your vehicle. Shop up at appointment time. Car not ready wait 30 minutes to pick up vehicle. Staff was friendly. Be sure to purchase the extra insurance if you don't want to be dinged for any imperfections that maybe found on your vehicle when you return it or they will file a claim with your insurance company. So advise when picking the car choose let Enterprise choose your car. Cheaper than economy and the waiver insurance will run the same price of the rental but you don't have to worry about one little issue. They put us in a Nissan Rogue. It smelled like marijuana but it was clean and it was efficient enough for our trip. Thank you Enterprise. Remember, make your appointment time 1 hour earlier than you need to leave because you will have to wait for a vehicle."

"Used to use Enterprise a lot but rarely now. They overbook and don't have cars. You rent a mid size car and they put you in something totally different! I prefer Avis for my car rental needs!"

"Book some where else. Reserved a van for over a month prior to arrival. Called the day of to confirm time, was informed “my reservation was cancelled because I never answer my phone to confirm”. Never received any call, never received a voicemail. Use to work at enterprise, I know for a fact they don’t cancel a reservation if the customer don’t answer. Book with a different company."
