But they have gone so above and beyond for me as a customer it’s truly made me switch my loyalty. Isabella is the kindest and always remembers me and simply genuine, not fake kind which I appreciate. Take good care of her."

"Kai is amazing! Let me just say, this was my first time renting a car, and I was very nervous about it. We were renting a bigger vehicle to go on a mini road trip for my sons first birthday. You know the same with any rental I was worried about jacked on charges, a vehicle with malfunction, and working with employees who couldn’t care less. I had the opposite experience and I couldn’t be more grateful! 1. the person dropping me off to pick up the rental was confused on time and we were running 5 minutes late, which would have been right after they’re operating hours. When we called letting them know the first person on the phone told us that unfortunately that would mean we wouldn’t be able to pick up the car (the place would be closed the day after) which would have ruined our trip. Along with that they would have to keep a huge portion of the money I had already paid to rent the car. But I explained the circumstances and Kai came on the phone and told us they would stay open for us and not to worry about it! 2. When we got there Kai was so kind! I was expecting him to be annoyed at our mistake but he was so sweet and didn’t rush me. He explained the process to me well, answered all my questions, and wished me a safe trip! I couldn’t be more grateful for not only working with us but showing so much grace and kindness. He eased my nerves right away. 3. The car was beautiful. Kai apologized for the “lack of cleanliness” from the last renter, and offered to clean it (again after operating hours) but there was no need. The car was spotless but I love his attention to detail and appreciate the customer service! 4. The car drove great, no issues. We rented a 2022 Ford Edge and it felt so safe having my husband, my 1 year old, and myself (3 months pregnant) the entire time. 5. When we returned the vehicle, Kai remembered me and asked how our trip went. Overall, great experience. Still waiting for my final receipt and deposit back (I read they are a bit slow on deposits so I’ll update). But if you are renting A vehicle and anxious about it… I definitely recommend Hertz and KAI!!!! (6190 34th St N, Saint Petersburg FL)"

"I wish i could give no star. It was terrible costumer service. We came for the pick up car our reservation was at 9 am . More than 1 hours we just waited for them. If you have plans or need be rush never come back here. Terrible experience.and also they gave to us electricity car . And they didn’t say anything we didn’t understand because we never drive before electric car. Still we are on the miami way. You are terrible rent a car service"

"I really appreciated the pick up and drop off at my home when renting a car from them. The price was great and the Soul was excellent what I needed at the time. I would definitely rent from them again! I understand they will be under new management soon. I hope it only gets better. The only issue I had was they tried to tell me that I could not use my Apple CC. I made them try anyway. The solid card worked even if the card on my phone didn’t work. Still waiting to see if they refund my deposit! I hear they are bad about the refund! I would so have returned the car detailed and cleaned better than I received it had I been offered an incentive. They didn’t seem to care about giving me a clean car so I didn’t make an effort to return a clean car. I rent for work out of the city so having a presentable vehicle matters to me. Only thing I found when picking it up besides it being dirty was a broken visor clip over the driver’s head which they didn’t seem too concerned about either. See photo"
