"I recently had a vehicle for sale and was contacted by Stevie B with Ferman BMW. Stevie proposed a fair offer for the vehicle pending a quick inspection. I provided him with all the necessary information and he had paperwork ready when my wife arrived. She was in and out of the dealership in 30 minutes with no haggling, and they provided her a courtesy ride home. Great customer service is hard to find these days and the staff at Ferman BMW made the process seamless. The following morning I realized I forgot to have her take the tow ball off her jeep. I text Stevie the next morning and he responded promptly and told me to come get it whenever. When I got there he personally drove me to where he car was so I could get it. I'm not one to write reviews normally, but the customer service was extremely professional and deserved recognition."
