"Alright, I am not the type to leave negative reviews. It really has to be real bad quality/service for me to complain. I asked for a 3 layer cake, with WHIPPED CREAM frosting, & chocolate mousse between the cake layers. I was charged $120 for this cake and I thought to myself “If it’s what I asked for, I don’t have a problem paying the $120”. When to my dismay I get the cake and it’s butter cream frosting, then we cut the cake and it’s two layers (When I payed for 3). They ended up putting the thickest layer in of buttercream frosting to mimic outside that it was tall enough to be a 3 layer cake. It was so thick it started ripping on the sides. And to top it all off they put chocolate and vanilla buttercream frosting instead of chocolate mousse. When I say I feel completely taken advantage of and robbed I’m not even joking!!!! I am blown away that a licensed cake business can be so unprofessional!! Thankfully my friend at home made me an incredible cake the way I asked for. Which obviously is the one with the beautiful butterflies and gold flakes."

"Really impressed with this store!! We were from out of town and celebrating three birthdays. I pre-ordered 3 cakes and they were pure perfection! Not to mention delicious. If you like cookie cakes- The cookie cake was the all star. That monster was nearly three inches thick and had weight. Haha! Additionally the candy crush theme cake had killer detail. It was pretty pricy (the candy crush cake) but totally worth it for a very special birthday guest. Thank you smallcakes ft myers for pulling this off with any problems! Highly recommend!"

"Definitely would not recommend giving this place your business. I used to love the specialty cupcakes, so I requested a chocolate & raspberry cake for my graduation. My father picked it up, drove it home carefully in an air-conditioned car, and immediately put it in the fridge, where it has stayed. First picture is the night we picked it up. The second & third are the day after. It split almost completely in half. For a $60 cake using extremely dense frosting you’d think it would hold up right? Every time I purchased a cupcake it was left out and had zero issues. Emailed the owner and she just had the nastiest attitude. You can read it in the other negative reviews. Very quick to be rude and blame the customer. Not deserving of anyone’s business! The Naples location treats its guests with much more respect. Some people should not be business owners. Aside from that the cupcakes have nice flavor and variety, often kinda dry, the atmosphere and employees are nice as well. However, whoever this owner is, she does not deserve your money, you are better off getting a Publix cake. They are much cheaper, frosting is much better, cake is moister, they are consistent, and they have great customer service."

"Mouthwatering! Delicious cupcakes. It has a lot of decorative icing so the kids love it.. so be prepared to take them to the park afterwards. I got them at an event and you and you can’t have just one. They are so pretty and they have a variety to choose from."

"This weekend picks. Wedding Cake, Pink Vanilla, and Chocolate Covered Strawberry. Chocolate Covered Strawberry went to my dad. I tried a small piece of the other two. So good! I've been following the Smallcakes of Fort Myers Facebook page for a couple of weeks now. I believe in supporting small businesses, even if it's just sharing posts. I was scrolling a couple of days and came across one of their posts, with the cupcake specials of the day. My daughter and I love Italian rainbow cookies. They had a rainbow cookie cupcake as a special of the day. We decided to finally stop by the shop and take home a few different types. I'm going to have to say these are probably some of the best cupcakes that we have ever had. *The Italian Rainbow Cake is 3 layers of almond sponge cake, filled with raspberry jam, topped with chocolate ganache, Italian rainbow cookie, and sprinkles. *The Cannoli is a vanilla bean cupcake with chocolate chips, topped with cream cheese buttercream, chocolate, and a cannoli. *The Chocolate Cream is a chocolate cake filled with buttercream topped with fudge frosting and buttercream. *The Lemon Drop is a lemon cake filled with lemon curd, topped with lemon buttercream and lemon curd. If I could give them more stars for their rating, I would in a heartbeat!!"
