"Horrible... dry cake somewhat of a cornbread texture. Fondon used for decor on cake was so hard that it was breaking off the cake. Order 2 cakes and the second one wasnt any better. The cakes that were made were ordered for my birthday last May. First cake was a vanilla cake with high heel shoes for decor and the second one was a heart shaped cake that said happy birthday gemini. :)"
"TAKING YOUR CHANCES WITH THIS ONE. SHAMEFUL. My husband arrived to pick up a cake. Ordered several weeks in advance. The cake was NOT ready because she decided that the 8th was on Saturday instead of Friday. The 8th was written on the order forms, she just assumed that it was Saturday. Told my husband to come back in an hour. The cake was not ready for 4 more hours! Just tell him to come back later then. Of course the cake was NOT what he had ordered because she didn't have time to put it together properly. Mindy told him, "sorry but there's nothing I can do about it now." I would be so embarassed to put my name behind this service. She complains about not having a good employee to help but how is someone supposed to take direction from a boss who can't be bothered to check their calender??"
