"Signed up for 10$ car wash promotion in December, I asked if they would keep charging my card they said no. Just got a 45$ charge, I checked they have been charging me 35$ to 45$ each month since then!!!!!!!! I only got 1 car wash from them, that's cost about 400$! How low"
"Wife and I have had a Membership for 8 Months, give or take. Most times it was a good experience. A few times, it seemed there wasn't much soap, foam type of stuff, still did a pretty good job. Today, there was an incident. We pulled in around 2:45 pm ish, things were normal. About halfway in, heard something that sounded mechanical, my Wife commented the car in front of was getting closer. It was. Car ahead was not moving, and we bumped into it. A horn was blowing, assume it was Car in front, trying to alert workers of a problem. Car behind us was getting closer. Car in front put in drive and exited, as did we. Didn't want to get hit from behind. Car in front pulled into vacuum area, we did as well. I looked at our Car, and went to talk with Employee. He said he wasn't aware anything had happened, and Manager would need to talk to us. Took a few minutes til the Manager came out. Impression I got from these 2 Employees, was they didn't believe me. Stated nothing they can do, have to call Head office. There are several cameras in this car wash. Called my Insurance Company. Not sure I feel safe to go in again. Will cancel my Membership in person, tomorrow. Will not recommend. Glad we have Dashcams, front and rear. Edit to add: Went back to cancel membership. They don't cancel it there. Have to call main office. Called main office, to cancel, they asked why. Explained everything. Gave them my email Addy. Said I would receive email within 10 minutes, confirming my cancelation. Never got an email. Headed to my Bank, to make sure it will be stopped."
"Great carwash. Customer relations are at a zero..As of 7/1/24 I had be being charged $37.61 for the unlimited wash of which I have 2 subscriptions to and my wife has one for my daughters vehicle.. On 8/1/24 they raised the rate up to $45.13 per account without so much as an email to inform me of the rate increase. Nor did they on my wife's account... No signage that i seen at the gates informing the costumers of the increase.But yet they require a 30day cancelation notice to cancel. Not good buisness ethics in my opinion... Fair notice like your costumers have to do what be a great idea.."
"I used to love this car wash but now they seem to be going downhill. While they have a automated wash selection and payment machine they have chosen to make that "employee only" and placed an attendant there who engages in pressure sales trying to get their customers to sign up for subscription service. It's now a no-go zone that I simply cannot recommend."
"The car wash was amazing when they first opened but once it changed hands it went downhill quickly as far as quality goes and keeping fresh brushes on inside the wash and maintenance on equipment inside the wash bay. $6 per wash price increase is happening mid-july. It's crazy because a brand new car wash is about to open less than a mile from there. As a business owner there is no way I would raise my prices a month before a brand new car wash was opening up next door. The price increases promises upgrades but I asked them about that today and they all kind of looked around like........" we didn't expect that question"! Hopefully they can turn it around, but I think I'll probably be taking my five subscriptions to a new place."
