With affordable car washes and unlimited washes with membership this company has far beyond my expectations pleased me and made my vehicle look magnificent. The employees Ashley and Jonathan always are helpful and professional and they give whatever suggestions necessary to help better care for your vehicle. Five stars bar none."

"Mostly Everytime I go to zips (2 to 3 times a week), i am greeted by ashley, whom makes sure that this location and all cleaning carts/vacuums are in excellent condition. I am more than astonished at how clean my car is just after the wash, not to mention, the vacuums pick up every little piece of sand, dirt, whatever. "ashley attended my car wash today. she was very sweet and attentive. the workers always do a very thorough job of precleaning/spraying my car down. if only we could get some increase in the vacuum suction!!! it’s on of the main reasons i come as i’m in my car often. love the customer service they’ve always taken care of me when i come through."

"The car wash does not get your car clean. Vacuum rarely works and when it does it doesn’t pick up everything. Also if you buy a membership and file a complaint about the car wash being consistently broke the customer service will terminate your membership. This happened to me after multiple attempts to wash my car to find out when I arrived that the car wash was broke again. I asked for refund on membership and was told since I was it one time I would not get a refund. I would give ZERO stars to Zips car wash. So I paid for a month membership and washed vehicle once and then customer service representative terminated my membership but still paid for a month. So many other places to get vehicle washed, so I’d recommend using a different car wash facility. Also seems like this company doesn’t care about the complaints as they haven’t made any changes to improve the experience at there car wash. Also seems like the just state sorry to hear about your experience. Unexceptionable to ignore complaints and not try and improve. Sincerely, Disappointed former customer"
