"I had an outstanding experience at the car wash thanks to Chris, who truly went above and beyond. After accidentally dropping my key fob and having it sucked up by the vacuum, I was worried it was lost for good. Chris immediately jumped into action, meticulously searching through the vacuum and even checking the system to ensure nothing was overlooked. His dedication and patience paid off, as he found my key fob and returned it to me in perfect condition. "I went to get our SUV cleaned today at the new Nine Mile Location, and showed up before they were open, like 5-10 minutes before 0800 and figured I’d clean the front and back with their bug brushes and soap. Well I saw the “Employee on Duty” at the gate and pay machine, and she was very friendly and polite and asked if I needed any help and handed me an air freshener. I paid, moved up to the front and got my car washed. Yeah there were so spots missed but unless you do it by hand yourself, things will get missed, be reasonable, it’s a machine. While wiping down/drying off little bits of water, love the compressed air to flush the water out of the pesky places, I noticed the female employee, doing cleaning and general maintenance of the area. These days it is a rare site to see a young person fully engaged into working! After talking to Matt Padget, the manager, I found out that “Draven” is in fact a hard worker and asked how to get her recognized for her hard work. After our conversation, he recommended a Goggle review since you can not do it on Rich’s website. (Might want to look into that.) Sure some people complain about somethings and instead of asking it to be fixed, they complain or write some not so great rating reviews. Ask for it to be right like rewashing the vehicle, again it is a machine not a human. And yes some do actually run into problems that only corporate can only fix, but it may not be the whole crew that messed up, so show some compassion. Have you never made a mistake? Treat people like you want to be treated. Sometimes it starts with you being nice to someone else. This all comes out of my interactions with Matt & Draven being nice first. In this day and age, customer service needs to be for most to bring customers back to your business. Big shout out to both Matt & Draven for showing that today."
"Corrupt business practices On April 1, 2024 I stopped in to the 9 mile location to purchase a $20 car wash. The attendant offered me the wash for $10 if I signed up for the monthly wash which would be $20 a month. On May 1, 2024 I was charged $40. When I called the location, they were very apologetic, but could not give me a refund and told me to contact the corporate office. Below is the interaction I had with the "corporate" office. Good Morning, On April 1st 2024, my family and I stopped in for a car wash. I asked for the $20 wash and was offered a promotion to pay $10 today and be charged $20 a month for the membership plan. 30 days later, I have been charged $40. I appreciate the service and would have enjoyed the membership plan as the location is less than 5 minutes from my home. The way this was handled leaves me less than pleased with how business is being done. For this reason, I am requesting my $40 to be refunded and to cancel the membership program altogether. If you have any questions pertaining to my request please feel free reach out to me. I look forward to my refund being returned and hope you create a better business practice going forward as some people may hold you to your word. Hi Eric!
