"Dealt with 2 people at this location who were very accommodating. Miss Curly Q was the best. Can’t remember her name but she is a cutie pie and then Shawn was very helpful. There is a gurl named Nina that answers on the weekend and will NOT tell you they close at noon on Saturday. Your just expected to know that. So when I arrived last sat at 12:05 guess what? I was outta luck! This location DOES not honor same day reservations either. It don’t matter if you made 10 of them online it’s NOPE! And the ONLY form of payment is “hope you got your physical card with you” . I don’t because they were stolen so I’ve cancelled them all and am waiting on them in the mail. But I have Apple Pay? Nope…how about cash? Nope , cashiers check from my bank ? Nope ….can my president pay over the phone for me? Nope ….well this crazy to me this is 2024 and you want $300 deposit but won’t take my money but want a plastic card? They need to upgrade and make their money system more accommodating for their customers ! They got it backwards !"
