"My daughter went here for a dependable car. Dan pressured her into the sale ( telling her he had another buyer on the way). He sold her a trade in for over $5000 that he later admitted he had never had a mechanic go over before putting it on the market!!! THIS CAR HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT TROUBLE SINCE SHE DROVE IT OFF THE LOT Currently, the car is inoperable and my daughter has a three year car note. All this time I thought I was dealing with the owner. Dan is not the man. Apparently Santa Rosa Automotive has an "absentee owner" I bet the owner isn't absent when cashing big checks for the junkers Dan scores a sale on. He likes to throw his "as is' in my face, but what about his moral responsibility not to rip people off? THIS IS NOT A SIX MONTH OLD PROBLEM; IT HAS BEEN GOING ON THIS LONG. IT MAY BE OVER FOR YOU ONCE YOU CASH OUR CHECK, BUT WE ARE STUCK WITH YOUR LEMON."

"Do not do business with these people. They are crooks and do not abide by the law. I sued this guy and won. Instead of him paying he's changed the name of the business from R&R Autos. Worst company to ever buy or sell a car to. They sell lemons and rip people off. I will have to go through a collection agency to try to collect the judgement"

"Prices at high retail and wont even offer wholesale for trades. Not impressed. My vehicle had a front end minor no airbag deployed hit when it had around 20k miles. Salesman did not even look inside the car and acted if the car was worth nothing. Car now has 108000 miles. Never any other accident and car is in top mechanical shape. Dont let them fool you. Carmax offered 4,000 cash without trade and I sold the car to an individual for $4700. Give me a break. The truck they had I was looking at had been hit in the rear end and had a Scion remote for the doors and was a Toyota. The truck bed was pushed up to the back of the cab if as someone threw 6x6 post in it and jammed the bed. They wanted high retail top dollar for the truck. It ain't perfect by any means. I am sorry they feel as if they can't try to make a decent car deal with trade."
